My finch account not active after payment for 90 days

I don’t understand what is going on, I paid for 90 days and yet my account still says free on subscription, Admin, could you please check into this… thanks

May I know how did you pay for it?

We had checked on your account and there’s only an invoice without any payment associated to it.
